In the name of the father…

Lately id been seeing many competition (state whatever you have in mind) were participants always points to the heavens above. They gracefully extend their arms towards the skies of dilemma as if; god really supports their insipid battle to outmatch everyone. From dance battles to physical fighting’s I see hallucinated competitors that loves to boast his hearty and god at the start or at the end of their performance or fight. I don’t have a problem with that; I just can’t see the significance of it. You’re trying to beat others in the name of the father? There’s a big problem with this system.

Take for an instant is those pesky dancers, they love to show off then arrogantly point up above, heck with that attitude. Would god really be pleased with those kind of stances? Benson Henderson, an MMA fighter always point high before his fights. What was he trying to say? I punch in the name of the lord? Ill smash your faces for christ sake? I just don’t get it. We love to compete with others but we say that it’s in the name of the creator. I think god would not want us to outmatch others that he is not behind those battles of skills and ego’s. if god would really support you on something, it’s not on something that would need to beat others hard work into a pulp.

Ok, maybe you just want to brag that whatever you are doing it’s maybe for your lord? I’ll be more rational here. I’ll just pretend to believe in a pretext that your god is being exalted in whatever you are doing. That you manage to put a smile  in every blood sweating competition you have joined.

I don’t have a problem with competition, as long as it is stated somewhere in the bible, you can’t say that’s it is in the name of our lord if it doesn’t have any significance in your so called Christian lives. We’re taking human race too seriously, it’s not a race between us humans. Even in this so called bible quiz bee’s, I mean the heck. What profits will one gain in this kind of contests? If ever, winning this kind if competition will merge me in front of the line of a “perfect-christian-life”? I think, god would not ask as in the heavens how many bible verses you have memorize, he doesn’t care about it. All he wants to know is did you abide by his word.

In my own point of view, it’s your choice if you want to compete with others and go with the worlds flow and there’s no problem with that. You can always outmatch others, bring the best that you can and beat the shit out of them, tear them apart and say that its sports, friendly match, just a competition, just don’t, don’t you ever say that it was in the name of the lord. There’s a big problem with this system that we brag about this god encouraging beliefs. No god would love his people to clash among its other. Say all you want, you can use all your phony excuses to compete by wit, body and strength, but bear this in mind. It’s the world system your trying to ride, a system were one must always hail as supreme among the others, and were living in this world, I’m no hypocrite to tell you that I don’t go with this flow, I just don’t point my hands toward god, I vow to no one. It’s just me, I maybe plain arrogant, but I don’t live in a hoax of pretentious blasphemy. If my God would want me to compete, it’s not in a field where blood would be shed, dreams are shattered, hope and diligence raped by utter wicked intention to surpass one another.
